What People Say....

'What a lovely day our lower school children had, listening to your magical stories. I've had such positive feedback from the teachers too, who agree wholeheartedly with me that your storytelling completely enthralled the children. Our very sincere thanks for a wonderful day.'
Nelia Beyers Newton Prep School Battersea

"Our children are still talking about the stories Danya gave to us. Working with her gave us the confidence to take risks in our curriculum.  Linking story and the environment to develop creativity in our classrooms and outside led to truly astounding improvements in our children's writing."
Jenny Dungle - Head Teacher Ardeley St Lawrence CofE Primary School

'Danya weaves magic with her storytelling. It was as if she spread this magic to the group who, with all their different first languages (from Ndele to German / from Afrikaans to Canton) came together to build a special language of their own.'
Kathy Rablah - Head of Drama The Nobel School

"We built a team and learnt to cooperate together by listening more"
"I told the group a story in Spanish and they listened to it all!"

I just wanted to reiterate how much we all enjoyed the performance on Saturday afternoon. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness, the short time I worked with you will stay with me forever. All your thinking on children and education and people gave me help to draw on the beliefs I had but didn’t know how to incorporate them, now I do. Thank you again”

"I have just attended one of Danya's storytelling workshops which was truly magical. Danya presents her experience and knowledge in such a way to captivate all of those in her presence.

“I just had to contact you and tell you how much you captured my imagination last night!  The one thing I love most about being a parent is becoming a child again and sharing the magic my son sees everyday.  You have fired my ethos and re-enforced my commitment to his development through exploration, fun and his imagination!  Flickers of candle light that had been smouldering under a bushel are now the warming fires of my desire to join my son on his journey of learning.”
Fiona Morrison, Participant at NCT talk Warwickshire
